Justin was awesome
Justin was awesome! Our internet was disconnected by another provider who messed up the cables in the building’s network rack - Justin easily found the root cause and solved it in the most professional way possible

I'm not too swift…
I have a slight problem w my hearing and I'm not too swift. Manny actually talked me through a panic attack when I was having a problem connecting. He was so patient and gave me some great advice about re-starting my computer from time to time. He was a doll.
